제1조 (목적 및 서비스의 성격)
이 약관은 케이글로우매치 주식회사(이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 kglowmatch.com(이하 “플랫폼”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 회사는 해외 방문객(이하 “이용자”)과 대한민국 소재 뷰티 서비스 제공자 — 헤어살롱, 퍼스널 컬러 스튜디오, 사진 스튜디오, 클리닉 등(이하 “제공자”) — 를 연결하는 예약 중개(컨시어지) 플랫폼을 제공합니다. 회사는 이용자의 요청을 한국어로 번역하여 제공자에게 전달하고, 제공자의 답변을 이용자의 언어로 번역하여 전달합니다.
회사는 통신판매중개자로서 서비스의 당사자가 아니며, 어떠한 의료 서비스나 의료 조언도 제공하지 않습니다. 시술·서비스의 내용, 가격, 예약, 결과에 대한 책임은 해당 제공자에게 있습니다. 번역은 기계번역 기반의 최선 노력 서비스이므로, 중요한 사항은 방문 전 제공자에게 직접 확인해야 합니다.
제2조 (이용자의 자격 및 의무)
매칭 서비스는 이용자(여행자)에게 무료입니다. 이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하고, 진정한 문의 목적으로만 플랫폼을 이용하며, 만 18세 이상이어야 합니다(미성년자는 보호자가 대신 요청해야 합니다). 이용자가 받는 견적은 제공자가 작성하며, 가격·가용성·적합성의 확정은 제공자의 몫입니다.
제3조 (제공자 계정 및 크레딧)
제공자 계정은 승인된 신청을 통해서만 개설됩니다. 크레딧은 토스페이먼츠를 통해 구매하며, 리드 열람 또는 후속 대화 시작 시 차감되고, 현금 가치가 없습니다. 사용된 크레딧은 대한민국 소비자 보호 법령이 달리 정한 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않으며, 해지된 계정의 미사용 크레딧은 개별적으로 처리합니다. 제공자는 열람한 리드에 성실히 응답하고, 명시된 일정에 대해 발송한 견적을 준수해야 합니다.
제4조 (금지행위)
허위 요청, 스크래핑, 괴롭힘, 플랫폼의 인증·결제 절차 우회 시도, 타인의 연락처 도용을 금지합니다. 회사는 서비스를 남용하는 요청과 계정을 거부·보류·삭제할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (예약, 변경, 취소 및 환불)
시술·서비스에 대한 예약 계약은 이용자와 제공자 사이에 직접 성립하며, 예약의 변경·취소·환불은 해당 제공자의 정책 및 관계 법령을 따릅니다. 회사가 이용자(여행자)로부터 직접 수령하는 요금은 현재 없습니다.
[확정 예정] 회사가 직접 판매하는 유료 서비스에 대한 세부 취소 기한·수수료·환불 비율은 현재 확정 중이며, 확정되는 즉시 본 조에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 강행규정에 따라 소비자에게 인정되는 권리는 본 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
제6조 (책임의 한계)
플랫폼은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 회사는 통신판매중개자로서, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 제공자의 행위·서비스·결과, 번역 오류, 간접적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 어떠한 청구에 대해서도 회사의 총 책임은 이용자가 회사에 지불한 금액(제공자의 경우 해당 크레딧 번들 가격, 여행자의 경우 무료 서비스)을 한도로 합니다.
제7조 (준거법 및 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 분쟁은 서울 소재 관할 법원의 관할에 따릅니다.
제8조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 서비스의 변화에 따라 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 위 시행일을 갱신하여 공지하고, 계정 보유자에게는 이메일로 통지합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Article 1 — Purpose and nature of the service
These terms govern the use of kglowmatch.com (the “platform”), operated by KGlowMatch Co., Ltd. (the “company”). The company provides a booking-intermediary (concierge) platformconnecting international visitors (“users”) with beauty service providers in Korea — hair salons, personal color studios, photo studios, and clinics (“providers”). We forward your request to providers in Korean and deliver their replies back to you in your language.
The company is an intermediary and not a party to the service. We provide no medical services and no medical advice. The content, price, booking, and outcome of any treatment or service are the responsibility of the provider. Machine translation is provided on a best-effort basis — for anything consequential, confirm details directly with the provider before your visit.
Article 2 — Users
The matching service is free for travelers. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform for genuine inquiries only, and to be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian handle the request). Quotes you receive are prepared by the providers; prices, availability, and suitability are theirs to confirm.
Article 3 — Provider accounts and credits
Provider accounts require an approved application. Credits are purchased through Toss Payments, are consumed when you unlock a lead or start a follow-up conversation, and have no cash value. Spent credits are non-refundable except where Korean consumer law provides otherwise; unused credits on a closed account are handled case by case. You agree to respond to unlocked leads professionally and to honor quotes you send for the stated dates.
Article 4 — Acceptable use
No false requests, scraping, harassment, attempts to bypass the platform’s verification or payment flows, or use of other people’s contact details. We may decline, hold, or remove requests and accounts that abuse the service.
Article 5 — Booking, changes, cancellation, and refunds
The booking contract for any treatment or service is formed directly between you and the provider; changes, cancellations, and refunds follow that provider’s policy and applicable law. The company currently charges travelers nothing.
[To be finalized] Detailed cancellation windows, fees, and refund rates for paid services sold directly by the company are being finalized and will be published in this article, with an updated effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to consumers by mandatory Korean law.
Article 6 — Liability
We provide the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or outcomes of independent providers, for translation inaccuracies, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (for providers, the price of the relevant credit bundle; for travelers, the service is free).
Article 7 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.
Article 8 — Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be dated above and, for account holders, notified by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
