What KGlowMatch is

KGlowMatch is a matching and translation concierge. We forward your request — in Korean — to independent specialists in Seoul, and deliver their replies back to you in your language. We are not a clinic, salon, or studio, we do not deliver any treatment or service ourselves, and nothing on this platform is medical advice. Any appointment, treatment, payment for treatment, and outcome is strictly between you and the specialist you choose.

Using the service as a traveler

The matching service is free for travelers. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform for genuine inquiries only, and to be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian handle the request). Quotes you receive are prepared by the specialists; prices, availability, and suitability are theirs to confirm. Machine translation is provided on a best-effort basis — for anything consequential, confirm details directly with the specialist before your visit.

Using the service as a provider

Provider accounts require an approved application. Credits are purchased through Toss Payments, are consumed when you unlock a lead or start a follow-up conversation, and have no cash value. Spent credits are non-refundable except where Korean consumer law provides otherwise; unused credits on a closed account are handled case by case. You agree to respond to unlocked leads professionally and to honor quotes you send for the stated dates.

Acceptable use

No false requests, scraping, harassment, attempts to bypass the platform’s verification or payment flows, or use of other people’s contact details. We may decline, hold, or remove requests and accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

We provide the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGlowMatch is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or outcomes of independent specialists, for translation inaccuracies, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (for providers, the price of the relevant credit bundle; for travelers, the service is free).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be dated above and, for account holders, notified by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
