여행자는 요청 작성부터 견적 확인, 후속 대화까지 모두 무료입니다. 회사는 여행자에게 수수료·예약비·커미션을 청구하지 않으며 결제 정보도 요구하지 않습니다. 시술·서비스 비용은 예약한 제공자에게, 제공자가 안내하는 방법으로 직접 지불합니다.Travelers never pay KGlowMatch: sending a request, comparing replies and the follow-up chat are free, with no booking fee or commission, and we never ask for your card. You pay the salon or studio directly, at the price they quoted, by the methods they accept.
요청서의 “예산” 항목은 제공자가 알맞은 제안을 하도록 돕는 참고 정보일 뿐 청구 금액이 아닙니다. 견적 금액은 각 제공자가 정하며 답변에 표시됩니다.The budget you pick in the request is guidance for the specialists, not a charge; each provider sets its own quote and shows it in the reply.
제공자 크레딧 번들 · Provider credit bundles
크레딧은 여행자의 문의(리드)를 열람하고 후속 대화를 시작할 때 사용하는 무형의 디지털 이용권입니다. 아래 가격은 부가세가 포함된 최종 결제 금액이며, 결제는 로그인한 제공자 포털에서 토스페이먼츠(신용·체크카드)로 진행됩니다. 결제가 확인되는 즉시 크레딧이 계정에 지급됩니다.Credits are an intangible digital licence used to unlock traveler requests (leads) and start follow-up conversations. Prices below are the final amount charged, VAT included; checkout runs inside the signed-in provider portal via Toss Payments (credit and debit cards), and credits are added the moment the payment is confirmed.

크레딧 사용처 · What a credit buys
리드 열람 비용은 카테고리에 따라 다르며, 열람한 리드에는 추가 비용 없이 첫 답변을 보낼 수 있습니다. 여행자와의 후속 대화를 시작할 때 1크레딧이 한 번 더 차감됩니다.Unlocking a lead costs a category-specific number of credits and includes your first reply; starting a follow-up conversation with the traveler costs one more credit, once per lead.

취소 및 환불 요약 · Refund summary
전문은 이용약관 제5조에 있습니다. 환불은 계정 이메일로 contact@kglowmatch.com에 주문번호와 함께 요청하시면 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 안내드리고, 토스페이먼츠를 통해 원래 결제수단으로 취소 처리합니다.The full text is in Terms, Article 5. Email contact@kglowmatch.com from your account email with the order number; we reply within 3 business days and cancel the charge through Toss Payments to the original payment method.
- 전액 환불 — 결제일로부터 7일 이내, 해당 결제의 크레딧을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우.Full refund — within 7 days of payment, if none of that payment’s credits were used.
- 부분 환불 — 7일 경과 또는 일부 사용 시, 유효기간 내 잔여 크레딧에 대해 가능. 환불액 = 결제 금액 − (사용 크레딧 × 기본 단가 ₩3,500).Partial refund — after 7 days or once some credits are used, for the remaining credits within the validity period. Refund = amount paid − (credits used × ₩3,500 base price).
- 환불 불가 — 이미 사용한 크레딧, 유효기간이 지난 크레딧, 무상 보너스 크레딧.Not refundable — credits already used, expired credits, free bonus credits.
- 회사 귀책 — 결제 오류나 서비스 중단으로 사용이 불가능해진 경우 전액 환불.Company fault — a payment error or outage on our side is refunded in full.
